A third-generation real estate professional, Jennifer followed in the footsteps of her mother and grandmother and began her own real estate career in 2004. Over the years, her work has expanded across residential, luxury, investment and commercial real estate, with experience representing buyers and sellers throughout Middle Tennessee and beyond.

But Jennifer has always looked at homes differently.

Her background in design, marketing, project management and large-scale production created a natural connection between how a property is bought and sold and how it is designed, presented and experienced.

Jared Blake brings the build side of Home Companies to life.

With a hands-on background in construction, renovation and project management, Jared oversees the details that turn design concepts into finished spaces. He works closely with our design team, clients, trades and vendors to coordinate projects from planning through completion—keeping an eye on craftsmanship, functionality and the details that make a home feel complete.

As co-founder of Home Companies alongside his wife, Jennifer, Jared shares the belief that real estate, design and construction work better when they work together. His practical construction knowledge brings an important perspective to every project, helping clients understand not only what is possible, but what it takes to execute it well.

Before Home Companies, Jared built a career in the music industry—an experience that sharpened his creativity, adaptability and ability to manage the many moving pieces behind the scenes. Today, he brings that same energy and problem-solving mindset to building and renovating homes.
