Jennifer Blake is a licensed Realtor in Florida and Tennessee starting her career in 2004, with experience in buying and selling investment, residential and commercial properties. Jennifer managed a team of selling and buyer agents into a large, multi-million dollar a year success before moving into building another success. It’s all in the family! She followed into the business in the footsteps of her mom and grandmother laughing, “I genuinely thought they were the coolest women on earth. My mom wore hats and beautiful dresses and ran her own brokerage. She was the first person I knew with a car phone. Remember those?” She adds, “I didn’t think about real estate as a career for me since they both had moved on, but I guess it’s in my blood and I never escaped it. I’ve always had a passion for organizing and design, so we are taking it a step further now and started HOME COMPANIES, a company that inclusively helps make everything about a house, home.”
Blake took her career experience in mega-event production, prior to her real estate move, and re-established herself in the event world by starting a marketing and management company based in Nashville to work with talents in the entertainment and music business. She worked with those clients to develop their business, marketing, touring, public relations, social strategy, and sponsorship goals, while implementing the plan to accomplish them. She didn’t stay out of real estate and continued by working real estate deals with her highly-known music clients in Tennessee.
Jennifer, or preferably just “Jenn”, is a proud member of Greater Tampa REALTORS & East Middle Tennessee Board of Realtors and is an active member in her community. She has received recognition from the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) for outstanding service.
